Sandra is currently in her second year as a  High School Learning Support teacher at the Inter-Community School, Zürich, where she just completed a project on management in admissions. Previous to this she worked for six years as the Director of Admissions at NIST International School, Bangkok. Sandra has always had a strong interest in creating systems where admissions has a close working relationship with support services to ensure that the school is creating an inclusive community of diverse learners. Over the past 20 years, she has worked in five international schools in Tanzania, China, Thailand and Switzerland and has always in some way been involved in admissions and learning support.
